By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using SSO Portal ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SSO Portal is a sign-in and workplace hub for companies and their people. It provides:
Give accurate, complete information and keep it up to date. Your account is personal: do not share your password, sign-in codes or devices with anyone else, and do not create accounts for other people unless you are a company administrator adding them through the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account. Turn on two-factor authentication where offered, and tell your company administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
We may ask you to verify your email address and phone number before some features work, such as receiving sign-in codes or notifications on WhatsApp.
Each account belongs to a company. The person who registers a company becomes its owner. A company's owner and administrators can approve or refuse people who ask to join, pre-register people before they sign up, assign roles, departments and applications, restrict or remove members, and see members' profiles and activity within the company. If you join a company, its owner and administrators decide what you can access there.
A company owner who adds or pre-registers people confirms they have the right to give us those people's details. When you leave a company or are removed from it, your access to its applications ends.
The applications you reach through the Service are separate services, and may be run by other people under their own terms. When you open one, we confirm who you are and share the details it needs to work, as described in the Privacy Policy. Whether an application is available to you depends on your company's subscription to it and on your administrator assigning it to you. We are not responsible for the content or availability of applications and links we do not run.
You are responsible for what you send through the Service, including messages, links, images and GIFs. Do not send anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, infringing or that you do not have the right to share. GIF search is provided by GIPHY and is subject to its terms.
You agree not to:
We operate and administer the Service. To keep it secure and to help you when you ask for support, our administrators can view account and company records, suspend or restrict accounts and companies, and temporarily sign in as an account to see what its owner sees. Support sign-ins end automatically after a short time and are recorded.
Some features rely on other providers, such as Google or Microsoft for sign-in, WhatsApp and email providers for messages and codes, and your browser's push service for notifications. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices or availability.
We may suspend or end access to the Service for an account or a whole company if these Terms are broken, to protect the Service or other users, if required by law, or at the request of your company's administrators. You may stop using the Service at any time. A company owner can ask for their company to be closed.
We work to keep the Service available, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features, and will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and tell you about significant changes in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact your company administrator or the platform administrator.
